 WELCOME TO PATCHAM JUNIOR sCHOOL

I am proud to introduce you to our three form entry junior school located on the edge of the beautiful South Downs in Patcham Village to the north of Brighton.

Patcham Junior School is a vibrant, hardworking and fun school to learn or teach in. We offer a full range of learning opportunities to pupils aged 7 to 11 years old and have excellent facilities including our two large halls, a bespoke music and performance room as well as our computing suite.

We are very proud of the successes of our school, the excellent relationships we have with our children, families and friends within our community and the team of people who work hard to make our school a happy place where we learn together.

We hope you find this website useful; it aims to give you an insight into our school community.  If you wish to find out more you are very welcome to visit.  We offer tours throughout the year, which you can book through the school office.

Headteacher

Admissions for September 2022
Dear prospective parents and carers,
If you are considering applying for a place at Patcham Junior School for September 2022 please be aware that the closing date for applications will be in January 2022. This needs to be done, even if your child currently attends Patcham Infant School.
https://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/children-and-learning/apply-school/apply-school-place
We are currently planning to hold two open mornings on the 6th and 8th of October at 9.30am to ensure that you are as well informed as possible about Patcham Junior School, however, with the ongoing uncertainty regarding the Covid pandemic our plans may have to change due to Government directives. There is no requirement to book, simply just arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the start time.

If you are unable to attend one of the planned mornings, it may be possible to visit the school on another occasion, please contact the school office directly to arrange this.

Our website has lots of useful information, but If you would like to speak to myself or to one of the members of my senior leadership team about what learning is like at our school, then please do get in touch via the school office and we will be pleased to get back to you via email or with a phone call.
